Position Summary :

As an Operations Manager for Pyle you will be assisting in daily terminal operations involving P&D Dock Line Haul Office Recruiting and OS&D Department.

The responsibilities of the position include butarenot limited to :

• Ensuring the management of staff is consistent with Company goals and guidelines
• Developing and maintaining cross-training materials performance reviews and ensuring the development of supervisors
• Monitoring terminal operation statistics and encouraging improvement; fostering a spirit of innovative thinking in attaining goals
• Ensuring adequate staffing levels throughout terminal
• Developing maintaining and improving current processes to ensure security of freight and personnel while promoting and demonstrating Pyle Culture
