Located in the heart of Orlando, our wholesale bakery is a vibrant hub of teamwork, creativity, and flavor. We pride ourselves on working together as a team to produce a wide array of delicious baked goods, from classic croissants to decadent donuts. Our fun and energetic team is passionate about baking and dedicated to making every product with the highest quality.

Position : Bakery Mechanic

Location : Orlando

Department : Maintenance

Reports To : Maintenance Manager

What You'll Do :

Equipment Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance and repairs on bakery equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Troubleshooting : Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and systems issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
Preventive Maintenance : Develop and follow a preventive maintenance schedule to extend the lifespan of equipment and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
Safety First : Promote a safe work environment by following and enforcing safety procedures and addressing any hazards promptly.
Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement improvement opportunities to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.

What We're Looking For :

Experience : Proven experience in mechanical, electrical, or systems maintenance, preferably in a food production or manufacturing environment.

Skills : Strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Technical Skills : Knowledge of some or all of the following is a benefit, but not required :

Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)

HVAC / Refrigeration

Welding

Boilers

Electrical skills

Computer skills

Mechanical and Electrical troubleshooting

Physical Requirements : Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable with walking, standing, stooping, bending, and reaching.

Self-Starter : A proactive attitude and the drive to learn independently and take initiative.
