Learn to become a skilled listing agent while working with top producers through our partnership with Agent Real Estate Schools. If you are not yet licensed, we will help you get started with pre-licensing education so you can launch your real estate career the right way.

You will gain hands-on experience by working alongside a top-producing partner team that specializes in listings. This opportunity allows you to shadow experienced agents, assist with active listings, and learn the systems and strategies used by high-performing teams. It also serves as a stepping stone toward building your own successful career and team in the future.

First year earning potential when hitting goals : $120,000+

Compensation :

$120,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities :

  • Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller
  • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
  • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
  • Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings
  • Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price
  • Responsibilities when licensed
  • Complete real estate school and pass the state exam

    • Qualifications :

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
  • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
  • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing / lead technologies
  • Has a real estate license or ability to obtain one
  • Must have a real estate license in order to earn commissions
