Job Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer will plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing processes with a focus on efficiency, cost reduction, safety, and environmental compliance. This role involves continuous improvement of production methods, technical support to operations, and contribution to new product development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, evaluate, and enhance manufacturing methods to improve performance and quality.
Provide technical support to production teams, including metrics development, resource review, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
Collaborate on new product development by supporting prototype builds, pilot runs, and first articles.
Assess equipment capabilities to ensure alignment with product requirements.
Develop and maintain production documentation including routings, Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and controlled documents.
Plan and implement preventive and corrective actions to minimize scrap, rework, and downtime.
Create and continuously improve work instructions, control plans, and production release documentation.
Support operations in achieving quality, safety, cost, productivity, and delivery goals.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and quality systems.
Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to meet production and process improvement targets.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (from an accredited institution).

CAD experience (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor) preferred but not mandatory.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
