Primary Purpose :
The Residential Real Estate Account Administrator is responsible for assisting throughout the originating processing and closing of lot and bridge loans.
Essential Responsibilities :
Able to work in a highly paced and dynamic environmentAble to answer calls, emails, and inquiries in a swift and timely manner.Able to follow up and maintain good file accounting even when the application is not taken.Well organized with an ability to prioritize and multitask.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Able to speak with employees, Bankers, Mortgage Loan Officers, Real Estate Agents, Attorneys, Title companies, and other lead sources.Experience using Microsoft Office Suite in a professional work environment.Knowledge of mortgage-related software, including Encompass.Able to take a full and complete Loan ApplicationAble to talk about Rate Products and Loan Terms clearly.Able to maintain exceptional customer service quality.Understands appraisals and how to read them.Able to calculate Loan to Value.Knowledge of Real Estate transactions.Understands Real Estate Contracts, Surveys, and Title work.Able to problem-solve and find resolutions to complex situations.Able to read income documents, W2s, Tax Returns, pay stubs, assets, reserves, 401K statements, etc.Knowledge of self-employment income calculation.Familiar with Underwriting techniques and debt-to-income practices.Knowledge of the closing and settlement process.Knowledge of Homeowners, Condominium, and Flood Insurance.Able to manage the pipeline of loansAbility to interpret and apply policies and guidelines effectivelyAble to present and train Loan Officers, Bankers, and Senior Management.Able to demonstrate flexibility as demands and priorities changeOther duties as assignedObeys all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)Minimum Required Skills & Competencies :
Two (2) years' Mortgage loan experienceKnowledge of mortgage loan disclosure requirementsDemonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelAbility to work independently with minimum supervisionStrong organizational skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to develop positive working relationships with individuals of all levels within the organizationAbility to communicate in a positive and professional manner with internal and external customers and service providersWill need a NMLS#Desired Skills & Competencies :
Prior Mortgage experienceExperience using Loan Operating Systems such as Laser Pro, Encompass, RIMS, and DocuSignWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office productsPhysical Requirements :
