CNC Set-up / Programmer

Location : Eastlake, OH

What You'll Do :

Set up and program CNC mills and lathes with confidence

Adjust tooling, offsets, and programs to achieve precision results

Work hands-on with multiple machines while keeping productivity high

Inspect and measure parts to ensure top-notch quality

Share your knowledge by training and mentoring other machinists

Play a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient shop environment

What We're Looking For :

5+ years of CNC machining and programming experience

Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills

Ability to edit CNC programs and troubleshoot issues

Proven leadership or training experience

A mindset for continuous improvement and teamwork

Reliability and the ability to stay active during your shift (including lifting up to 50 lbs when needed)
