Our client is a well-known nonprofit organization which is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist , located in Newark, NJ.
Salary / Hourly Rate :
20 – $25 / hr depending on experience
Position Overview :
Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to help complete their daily accounting tasks such as bank reconciliations, ACH payments, analyze and process vendor invoices and expense reports and check runs. Great attention to detail, organization and dependability are a must for the successful candidate. The ideal Accounts Payable Specialist candidate for this position is an enthusiastic team player who is hard working, and highly motivated.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist :
- Bank reconciliations
- Perform account analysis
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and analyze accounts
- Set invoices up for payment
- Prepare weekly check runs
