Job Summary / Basic Function :
The Director of HR Relations and Employee Development provides strategic leadership and oversight of the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) team, the Employee Training and Development Specialist, and the Labor Relations Contract Administration Partner. This role is responsible for aligning employee relations, organizational development, and training initiatives with the university’s mission and goals. The Director ensures a cohesive HRBP strategy across the institution while also coordinating university-wide training and development programs that support employee growth, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Minimum Qualifications
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or CPLP.
