Meyer Utility Structures, an Arcosa Subsidiary is hiring for a mobile equipment operator for our plant located in Gadsden, AL. As a mobile equipment operator at Meyer Utility Structures, you'll perform activities related to processing, receiving, recording, storing, and / or shipping raw materials / finished goods. You'll operate mobile equipment (heavy equipment, forklift, cranes, yard vehicle, lift truck) to move materials / products between warehouse / manufacturing facilities.

What you'll do :

• Operate a lift truck to move palletized loads from 6000-15000 pounds.
• Operate an overhead crane on a production line.
• May operate mobile crane (move across yard).
• May operate scissor lift.
• Ensure proper identification of parts and materials.
• Follow all safety rules and practices.
• May be involved in safety committees or initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
