Experience : Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required

License : State License Required

Certifications : ACLS, AWHONN, NRP, BLS

Must-Have :

• Circulating experience is needed.
• Scrub experience encouraged.
• Experience within the previous year at larger high-volume delivery centers (200-300 deliveries / month).
• High acuity experience.
• High risk experience required.

Description :

This position offers same-day interviews.

Candidates should prepare to receive a call from a designated area code.

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.

The traveler may be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

Local travelers are not accepted; candidates must have a taxable address at least 50 miles from the facility.

There is a very high-risk patient population in this location.

There is a large population of non-English speaking patients.

Candidates should have excellent clinical skills as there may not be a physician on site 24 / 7.

Nurses will be responsible for triage and assessments prior to the physician seeing them.

Experience in larger high-volume delivery centers is preferred.

The expected number of deliveries per month ranges from 160 to 180.

Travelers may be required to work during winter holidays, with limitations on days off during specific periods.

Candidates need to meet all profile requirements.
