10-4 Logistics USA is recruiting full-time W2 Entry Level CDL A Truck Drivers for OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, primarily operating east of I-35. This entry-level role is designed for recent CDL graduates as well as drivers with limited experience; a paid training program and mentor support are provided for qualified candidates. Drivers operate assigned late-model tractors and receive comprehensive benefits starting on day one.

• Employment type : Full-time W2
• Equipment : Assigned 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors
• Typical freight : No-touch dry van; approximately 70% drop-and-hook for major customers across the Eastern U.S.
