ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for managing the connection, scalability, accuracy and security of HR technology, including HRIS, applicant tracking system (ATS) and learning management systems (LMS). The HRIS Analyst will manage HR data to support decision-making and strategic planning within the organization.
OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE
HRIS Analyst Administration :
- Provide first-level support for HRIS troubleshooting (HRIS, ATS, LMS, and others).
- Ensure seamless integration between HRIS, ATS, and LMS, and other HR-related systems while troubleshooting any integration issues.
- Work with IS team and Quality teams, as needed, to evaluate and implement system upgrades that meet all internal security and quality control requirements.
- Educate HR team and other users on HR technology and systems, providing tools, documentation and support as needed.
- Partner with HR and other technology stakeholders to conduct needs assessments, RFPs, selections and implementations of new technologies.
- Continuously research and recommend additional or alternate functionalities of HR technology to better suit the needs of the business and streamline processes.
- Consistently review system release information, communicate upcoming changes and impact with the team.
Data Management and Analysis :
Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from various sources, including HRIS, ATS, LMS, payroll, and other relevant databases.Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of HR data, and regularly audit data for quality control.Act as the HR data subject matter expert, providing guidance on best practices in data management and reporting.Reporting and Dashboard Development :
Partner with technology partners to develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into HR metrics.Build, customize, and automate reports to meet the needs of different stakeholders, including HR leadership, department managers, and executive teams.Continuously improve reporting processes and data visualization techniques to enhance user experience and data comprehension.Compliance and Data Security :
Ensure all HR data practices comply with data protection regulations, company policies, and industry standards.Implement and monitor data security measures to protect sensitive employee information.WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM
Required :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS management, systems management, or a similar role.Experience with HRIS platforms or other systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP).Understanding of Human Resources and the employee life cycle.Proficiency using MS Excel for advanced data manipulation and analysis.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Preferred :
Master's degree in HR or MBA preferredStrong understanding of HR metrics and how they impact business outcomes.Proven experience with Power BICompensation and Benefits
The salary for this position will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and / or skill level.
$89,900 - $134,800 USD
