Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Client seeks Physician for November 25 & 26 and December 22, 23, 24, & 26 at their Corporate Health clinic in Tulsa, OK. Provider will see ages 2+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and some Occupational Medicine including DOT Physicals. Hours are 8 : 00am-12 : 00pm. Provider must have 3+ years of clinical experience to be considered for this assignment; DOT Certification is preferred.
