Primary Responsibilities and Skills : (Primary Skill : Java 70% , Secondary Skill : AWS Developer : 30%)

Job Description :

• 6+ years of experience in roles within Java AWS , with a minimum of 5 years in leadership positions.
• AWS EKS, AWS ECS, Lambda, Snowflake, Dynamo DB, S3, IAM, Route 53, ELB, SNS, SQS, Apache Kafka, Cloud Watch, Terraform Scripting, Rest APIs, Auth frameworks, Cassandra, Kubernetes, Elastic Load Balancing and Horizontal auto scaling.
• Problem analysis and Debugging (Cloud Infrastructure and application related issues) skills (Mandatory)
• Good to have AWS Developer Certification
• Experience in Agile SDLC, JIRA, BitBucket / Git, AWS ECS is plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both as an individual contributor and a tech lead
• Experience in implementing successful projects
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Experience in writing JUNIT / Mockito test cases.
• Experience in Control M setup

Process Skills :

Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle

Outstanding written / verbal communication skills with experience distilling and presenting complex quantitative analysis

Interpersonal Skills :

Well-developed analytical & problem-solving skills

Strong oral and written communication skills

Excellent team player, able to work with virtual teams.

Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic start-up environment.

Must be able to work under own initiative with limited guidance from team manager due to the fast pace and high-volume of work managed by the team.

Able to talk to client directly and report to client / offshore.

Flexibility to work on different Shifts and Stretch.
