The AVP, Loss Mitigation Manager supervises and coordinates the activities of Collection Specialists in collecting past due payments for all consumer installment loans including direct and indirect loans, residential mortgages, credit card accounts, overdrafts, overdraft lines of credit and small business commercial loans. This role is also responsible for the restructuring and management of adversely graded small business commercial loans.
The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive knowledge of consumer and commercial business loan regulations including collections and fair lending. Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of four years collections experience is highly preferred.
