At Heritage Healthcare of Lyndhurst, we provide exceptional skilled nursing and rehabilitation care in a warm, resident-centered environment. We’re seeking an Activities Director to lead engaging programs that enrich the lives of our residents every day.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and lead recreational and therapeutic activities.

Assess resident interests and develop individualized activity plans.

Supervise and train activity staff and volunteers.

Coordinate special events, outings, and community partnerships.

Maintain required documentation and ensure compliance with Ohio Department of Health (ODH) and CMS regulations.

All other assigned duties per Administrator.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent..

Must meet Ohio state qualifications for Activities Director (NCCAP-certified, therapeutic recreation specialist, or equivalent).

Experience in long-term care or healthcare activities preferred.

Strong leadership, creativity, and communication skills.
