What You’ll Be Up To :
As our HR Generalist, you’ll be the go-to person for all things people. You’ll wear many hats (and probably rock them all), including :
- Being a friendly face and trusted resource for employees—answering questions, solving problems, and keeping the vibe positive.
- Helping shape HR programs and policies that actually make sense and support our goals.
- Supporting performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development (because growth matters!).
- Designing and delivering training that’s useful, engaging, and maybe even fun.
- Keeping us compliant with labor laws and internal policies—because rules are cool when they protect people.
- Digging into HR data to find trends and suggest smart improvements.
- Pitching in with payroll, leave tracking, and workers’ comp processes.
- Boosting safety, training, and compliance efforts.
- Driving engagement through recognition, retention, and morale-boosting magic.
- Jumping into HR projects with fresh ideas and contagious energy.
- Rolling up your sleeves to help with anything from IT setups to policy updates to workforce planning.
Who You Are :
You’ve got 1–3 years of HR experience (bonus points if it’s in manufacturing or industrial settings).You’re hands-on, proactive, and not afraid to step onto the floor and connect with the team.You’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-moving, unconventional environment.You genuinely care about people and want to help build a workplace where everyone feels seen, heard, and appreciated.And let’s be real—you’ve got thick skin, a great sense of humor, and you know you’re amazing (because you are).Extra Credit If You Have :
