Specialty Pharmacist

Seeking a licensed Specialty Pharmacist to manage prescription verification, dispensing, and fulfillment of complex therapies. The role ensures safe, accurate delivery of specialty medications and requires experience with EPS pharmacy software in a high-volume or mail-order environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Verify prescriptions for specialty medications for accuracy, clinical appropriateness, and compliance.
• Perform final check of dispensed products, including label and packaging verification.
• Oversee fulfillment workflows and coordinate with pharmacy techs to ensure timely shipment.
• Utilize EPS software for prescription processing, documentation, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with REMS, payer requirements, and state / federal pharmacy laws.
• Collaborate with prescribers, patients, and internal teams to resolve clinical or logistical issues.
