Senior Technical Manager

Overview

Job Description for Quality Manager level role focusing on QA / QC principles, risk management, and process improvement within project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT divisions, application development teams, enterprise architecture, and quality assurance units.
• Adhere to enterprise IT standards, policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Apply frameworks such as ISO 9001, IEEE 829, CMMI, or equivalent to ensure consistent QA / QC principles throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct Risk and Issue list reviews and contribute to drafting risk and issues to document concerns raised by the project team.
• Perform traceability matrix analysis.
• Evaluate system requirements (functional, non-functional, technical, security related, etc.).
• Conduct system test assessment and verification.
• Develop quality assurance task reports.
