Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Position Summary :
We are currently hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in providing virtual speech and language therapy services to K12 students across school districts in West Virginia. This fully remote position allows you to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.
Responsibilities :
Deliver speech and language therapy sessions to students via secure online platforms
Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to determine students speech-language needs
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans tailored to each student
Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress toward goals
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school teams through virtual meetings and regular communication
Ensure services comply with West Virginia state regulations and local district policies
Qualifications :
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active and valid West Virginia SLP license
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school-based or pediatric setting
Familiarity with online therapy platforms and digital tools
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently and managing a virtual caseload
