Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Health & Safety Advisor to support the implementation and continuous improvement of our safety programs. This role is key in promoting a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance with OSHA and ISO 45001 standards, and reducing risks from workplace hazards. Join our fast-growing team and help drive meaningful, measurable safety performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage safety programs in compliance with OSHA, ISO 45001, and internal standards
• Serve as the site lead for ISO 45001 and OHSAS 18001 systems
• Conduct and update Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)
• Identify hazard controls and recommend process and equipment improvements
• Inspect facilities and equipment to ensure compliance and minimize risks
• Review new equipment and facility plans for safety compliance
• Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Prepare and submit required safety reports to internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor environmental conditions (air, noise, temperature, etc.) for compliance
• Support safety committees and employee engagement initiatives
• Deliver safety training to employees and contractors
• Conduct audits and contribute to safety performance improvement
• Liaise with emergency services and health professionals as needed
• Analyze safety data to identify trends and inform preventative actions
• Perform other duties as assigned
