Travel Ultrasound Tech - $2,849 per week in Southampton, NY

Job Title : Ultrasound Technologist Profession : Healthcare Specialty : Radiology CT with X-Ray Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 5x8 Hours per Shift : 7.5 hours Experience : Minimum of 2 years of related education, training, or equivalent clinical coursework License : RDMS certification required Certifications : BLS (CPR) certification required Must-Have : Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program Description : Perform and assist in diagnostic ultrasound examinations. Prepare patients for exams and explain procedures clearly. Operate, adjust, and maintain ultrasound equipment and imaging systems. Take appropriate safety precautions for patient and staff protection. Ensure examination rooms are properly stocked and organized. Assist in training new team members as needed. Capture and transfer images to PACS for physician interpretation. Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and patient flow as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned.
