5 / 2 Split schedule is 5 on, 2 off, 2 on, 5 off

NO travel pair if they want the same schedule

Travel pairs can NOT request the same schedule - no exceptions

Start date : ASAP

Ratios :

Years of Experience REQ : Minimum 1 year

First-timers Accepted : Y / N : No

Weekend REQ : Yes

Certs REQ : ARRT Cert

Is on-call REQ? No

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Float within scope – ED, IP, OP, OR, portables

Open to accommodating block schedule?

Locals accepted : 25 mile rad

Pending License accepted? No

RTO Restrictions : No holiday weeks and will need RTO requests ahead of time, preferably during interview

Guaranteed Hours : Schedule as follows : 5 / 2 split - every other weekend required

Special Requirements : Extensive OR to include O-ARm GE / siemens Xray equip hospital exp required - prefer large volume hospital
