Head of Pharma Science

A company is looking for a Head of Pharma Science, NAM.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic scientific direction for analytical development and quality control across biologics and advanced modalities

Support the design and implementation of analytical methods and regulatory strategies for successful submissions

Serve as the primary scientific partner to the commercial team, translating complex scientific concepts into value propositions for clients

Required Qualifications

Ph.D. in a scientific discipline

20+ years in analytical development for biologics and advanced therapies

Proven success in delivering INDs and BLA / MAA approvals with FDA / EMA

Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and engage with commercial stakeholders
