Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Case Management Discipline : RN Start Date : 12 / 04 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Qualifications : Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience in an acute care facility with 1,000 beds . Academic hospital experience preferred. Proficiency in Epic and Allscripts strongly preferred. Strong understanding of utilization review, discharge planning, and care coordination. Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills. First-time travelers are not accepted for this role.
