The purpose of this position is to assist agents with transactional matters, acting as a neutral party and collaborating with Sales Director on issues affecting the office.

Summary of Duties and responsibilities :
Responsible for maintaining office culture in conjunction with the Regional Sales Director or Sales Director and office Business Support SpecialistParticipate in office meetingsAssist in identifying candidates that are a cultural fit for the officeAssist agents in resolving transactional issues while maintaining compliance in relation to real estate brokerage including Fair Housing, civil rights Maine Real Estate laws, rules, and regulations, and Realtor Code of EthicsReview transactions daily to ensure agency complianceAs necessary, interact with other Designated Brokers to problem solveRequirements :
Active Broker LicenseActive local Realtor membershipMinimum 10 years Maine Real Estate transactional experienceTransaction management software experienceDesired skills : leadership, problem solving, time management, and ability to work with various personalities.
