A behavioral health nonprofit in the Ewing, NJ area is seeking a full-time Medical A / R Representative to join their growing team. This organization focuses on providing essential mental health services and is looking for someone passionate about contributing to the healthcare industry.

The Medical A / R Representative will be responsible for follow-up with insurance companies regarding outstanding accounts receivable (A / R). This includes reviewing denied claims, making edits as needed, and resubmitting claims to insurance providers to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.

Key responsibilities include :

• Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding accounts receivable.
• Review denied claims, make necessary edits, and resubmit claims.
• Work collaboratively with the billing department and insurance companies to resolve any issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of claims and correspondence.
