Your responsibilities will include :

• Provide nurturing routines such as diapering, dressing and feeding infants and toddlers
• Assists toddlers with toilet training and development of self-help skills
• Maintain a healthy, safe, and clean environment
• Collaborate with parents in order to build a relationship of mutual respect and cooperation
• Implement appropriate behavior management techniques
• Model conflict resolution and problem solving
• Model appropriate professional behavior towards other staff
• Maintain commitment to training and continuing professional development
• Comply with standards of conduct as required by Federal, State and County regulations

Pay : $31,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
