Job descriptionopen shifts are 2p-10p, 10p-6a, RWDSU union member after 30 days Provide individualized physical, psychological, and social support for residents. Assist with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and feeding. Support residents with toileting, colostomy care, transferring, and mobility exercises. Ensure the dignity and respect of all residents are maintained during care tasks. Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare staff. Must be fully certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) through the state. Ability to perform physical tasks associated with CNA responsibilities. Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to resident care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
