A well-established nursing home Company is seeking an experienced  Regional HR and Recruiter to lead our human resources department. If you have a passion for employee relations, recruitment, and compliance in a healthcare setting, we’d love to hear from you!

Regional HR and Recruiter Responsibilities Include :

Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations throughout the company.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.

Foster a positive work environment and promote staff retention.

Serve as a resource for employees, addressing concerns and maintaining open communication.

Regional HR and Recruiter Requirements :

Previous HR experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.

• Regional HR perferred

Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
