Our Assistant Manager-In-Training must be an enthusiastic learner as we show and demonstrate the skills needed to be an effective leader. The Assistant Manager’s job is to get to know staff, mentor first-time job holders, and lead them all to success by following our roadmap that ensures top standards in customer service, cleanliness and safety!

The position of Assistant Manager-In-Training is in place as a transitional role to develop all the skills necessary to take on full store management duties at a later date. It is typical practice to elevate an Assistant Manager-In-Training into this role as skills become mastered. An Assistant Manager-In-Training is a great multi-year growth position with several benchmarks for increased job flexibility, bonuses and pay.
