Job description
A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Specialist (Non Clinical).
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and audit medical records and quality results reporting
Develop and implement quality improvement plans and prepare ad-hoc reports
Train providers and staff on continuous quality improvement methodologies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
3+ years of related experience
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred
Valid driver's license
