Proven dependability, follow-through, and ability to manage big responsibilities. Clear communicator who can give direction and keep people accountable. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in a fast-moving, no-nonsense environment. Must live within 90 minutes of Elberton, GA and be on-site multiple times per week.

About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Field Superintendent to join a growing commercial general contractor based in Elberton, GA. This role oversees projects from concrete to shingles, managing schedules, subcontractors, and on-site activity with pride and accountability. You’ll be the company’s eyes and ears on active sites 2–3 times per week, ensuring work is done right, on time, and safely.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee all on-site construction activity for commercial projects using 100% subcontracted labor.
- Manage project schedules, scopes of work, and coordinate site logistics.
- Maintain communication between subcontractors, suppliers, and the office.
- Review drawings and anticipate needs to keep projects running smoothly.
- Ensure safety, quality, and timeliness throughout every phase of construction.
- Support a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
