Project Finance Senior Credit Analyst

The Project Finance Senior Credit Analyst will be responsible for assisting the Project Finance Portfolio Management team in underwriting, credit monitoring and portfolio management of a portfolio of clients where the repayment of the loan is based on cash flows generated by the related project (power / energy / renewables / solar).

Responsibilities include : assisting Portfolio Managers in underwriting certain aspects of proposed and existing transactions, evaluating numerous transaction types, developing and managing financial models, providing assistance with Depository Agency services, ongoing monitoring of credit / covenant, managing the renewal process, ensuring compliance with EWB regulatory and credit, ensuring portfolio administration and risk management, assisting in the review of legal documentation, and performing other administrative duties.

Qualifications include : a strong understanding of project finance, ability to understand and advise on complex financial matters, excellent verbal and written communication, excellent interpersonal and customer service, excellent organizational skills and attention to details, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong Excel, financial modeling.

Education and experience : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required; MBA preferred. Minimum five years of experience in project finance.
