Description :
Position available for a Registered Nurse specializing in Home Health.
This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a home setting.
The schedule is a day shift consisting of five 8-hour days.
Patient ratios are approximately 1 : 5.
Experience with wound care, IV administration, and Oasis documentation is essential.
Flexibility in personality is a key requirement for this position.
The dress code consists of black scrubs, and unacceptable attire will not be tolerated.
This position does not require weekend hours or call duties.
The facility values safety and excellence in patient care.
Candidates must possess strong communication skills and be adaptable to varied patient needs.
