OB / GYN Physician

Position Highlights :

Ideal Work Environment : Recently remodeled clinic with experienced staff, nurse practitioner support, and DaVinci robot available (with capacity)
Favorable Call Schedule : 1 : 4 call
Skillset : Full-spectrum OB / GYN, including Colposcopies, Laparoscopies, Nexplanon placement, VBAC deliveries, and more
Culture & Support : Strong community backing, low staff turnover, and a value-driven organization focused on quality patient care

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive Compensation : $425,000 Guaranteed - $50K Sign On

Comprehensive Benefits Package : Health, dental, vision, life, short- and long-term disability insurance

Relocation Assistance : Up to $13,000 for moving expenses

Student Loan Repayment Assistance : HRSA qualifier for loan repayment programs

Professional Development : $5,000 CME allowance, paid licensing dues, and subscriptions

Qualifications :

Degree : MD or DO

Certifications : Board Eligible / Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology

Licensure : Eligible for Wisconsin medical licensure

Experience : Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
