Mid-Level Project Manager

Lead the planning, execution, and completion of $60M+ construction projects in Framingham. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project alignment. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure adherence to established goals. Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project success. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders. Facilitate clear communication between all team members and external partners. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency.

A successful Mid-Level Project Manager should have : A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Experience managing high-value projects within the construction department of the business services industry. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. A results-driven mindset and attention to detail.
