Scrum Master

A company is looking for a Scrum Master (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Lead Scrum events including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Demos, and PI Planning

Build strong relationships to foster collaboration and innovation across Agile software development teams

Proactively identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Proven track record managing large-scale software development and system integration initiatives

Skilled in facilitating briefings with senior leadership

Proficient with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Trello

Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Kanban methodologies is highly desired
