Associate Talent Acquisition Partner

Welcoming patients in crisis, Compass Health Center offers more than just outpatient therapy. We help people overcome depression, anxiety, suicidality, and other obstacles to live freely.

Join our Talent Acquisition team in Illinois, Maryland, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. We're looking for an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting and contribute to our mission.

This position is primarily remote, but applicants must be based in Illinois. In-person presence in Chicagoland clinics is expected for team meetings and company events. National travel may be required.

What You'll Do :

  • Full-cycle recruiting for 15+ clinical and / or operational positions.
  • Partnering with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process.
  • Coordinating background checks and references.
  • Tracking recruiting metrics.
  • Contributing to talent projects and driving impact towards Compass' initiatives.
  • Providing a world-class candidate experience.

Who You Are :

  • Experience in a professional or corporate environment.
  • Interest in full-cycle recruiting and developing expertise.
  • Proactive mindset with enthusiasm for connecting with people.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Eager to grow within a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or Greenhouse is a plus.
