We’re seeking an HVAC Installation and Sales Manager to lead our install and equipment sales team and ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient installations.
- Position Overview
This role oversees all residential HVAC installations and the equipment sales process, ensuring the right equipment is selected, delivered, and ready for installation. You’ll manage schedules, support field crews, maintain quality and safety standards, and coordinate with sales and service teams to prevent errors that could impact installers or customers. The ideal candidate blends technical knowledge, leadership, and strong communication skills.
- What You’ll Do
- Manage HVAC installation projects from planning through completion via our installation crews
- Oversee equipment selection and sales coordination to prevent installation issues
- Lead, coach, and develop install technicians
- Coordinate daily schedules, materials, and job readiness
- Conduct site visits, troubleshoot issues, and ensure code compliance
- Collaborate with sales and service teams on job scopes and project turnover
- Improve processes, track performance, and reduce callbacks
- Ensure excellent customer communication and satisfaction
- What You Bring
- HS diploma or GED required; HVAC technical training preferred
- EPA 608 certification required; oil burner license strongly preferred
- 5+ years HVAC installation experience, including oil systems
- 2+ years supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC codes, safety, and system design
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a field team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 50 lbs, work in attics / basements, climb ladders, and visit job sites regularly
