Job Description & Requirements

• Shift : 12 hours, days, evenings, nights, flexible, rotating
• Employment Type : Travel

Must have at least 3 years of prior ICU experience

Must maintain current valid certification of the following throughout employment : o Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association o Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association o Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association must be completed within six (6) months of hire. o Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) must be completed within 6 months of hire o National Institutes of Health (NIH) – NIHSS must be completed within 6 months of hire
