Senior Financial Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to support accurate forecasting and strategic planning across its logistics operations. This individual will assist in preparing monthly "bottoms-up" forecasts and annual budgets, ensuring alignment between projected and actual results. They will work closely with the logistics team to monitor key factors such as the right number of trucks, inbound freight volumes, and overseas container shipments. Additionally, this role will involve compiling and reporting variances and identifying trends across product, market channels, and key customers to aid decision-making. Strong communication skills are essential, as this individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure departmental expenses remain within quarterly targets and to translate logistics data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will also identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy, drive cost savings, and enhance operational efficiency across Tempur and Sealy's network.

Skills and Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (strongly preferred) or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of solid experience in finance or manufacturing
• Proven ability in financial analysis with strong technical skills in preparing and presenting P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft AX, Microsoft Dynamics AX, or any ERP system
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Familiarity with Power BI
• MBA or CPA certification
• Background in accounting or logistics
