Job descriptionDeep expertise in Microsoft Copilot / Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse) Experience in Copilot Studio and prompt orchestration Proficiency in adaptive cards, JSON , and Teams integration Strong understanding of Copilot and AI Builder capabilities within Power Platform Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem , especially Teams and Outlook workflows Familiarity with security models , environments, and data policies in Power Platform Background in business process automation, RPA , or chatbot frameworks Experience in building agent workflows for productivity or operations Understanding of DevOps for Power Platform (ALM, GitHub Actions, etc.)
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect end-to-end Power Platform solutions integrating Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, and external systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, ServiceNow).
- Design and build approval management agents that check for pending approvals, notify users, and enable in-line action through Teams or Outlook.
- Guide the design and deployment of Power Virtual Agents and Copilot experiences to improve user interaction with enterprise workflows.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical design, and deliver POCs and scalable solutions.
- Ensure governance, security, and reusability in all Power Platform assets.
