Salary Range : $42,000 - $52,000 annually | 100% On-site

Key Responsibilities

Generate and distribute invoices to customers in a timely manner

Apply customer payments and reconcile accounts

Monitor aging reports and follow up on delinquent or past-due accounts

Research and resolve billing discrepancies or short payments

Maintain accurate customer account records and update contact details

Process credit memos, adjustments, and payment plans when applicable

Prepare AR reports for finance leadership and month-end close

Assist with collections communications in a professional and customer-focused manner

Qualifications

1-3 years of AR, billing, or accounting support experience preferred

Familiarity with aging reports, reconciliations, and payment applications

Experience with accounting or ERP software (QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, etc.) a plus

Strong organizational skills and attention to numerical accuracy

Comfortable communicating with internal departments and customers

Associate's degree in Accounting or Business preferred, or equivalent experience
