Job Title :   Structured Cabling Technician

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structured Cabling Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting structured cabling systems in various environments. This role requires a strong understanding of cabling standards, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Installation :  Install structured cabling systems including fiber optic and copper cables, connectors, and related hardware.
• Maintenance :  Perform regular maintenance and inspections to ensure the integrity and performance of cabling systems.
• Troubleshooting :  Diagnose and resolve issues related to cabling infrastructure, including connectivity problems and signal loss.
• Documentation :  Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
• Compliance :  Adhere to industry standards and best practices, including TIA / EIA, BICSI, and NEC codes.
• Safety :  Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00 / hr.
