Marshfield Medical Center - Dickinson is in growth mode and is seeking a BE / BC Hematologist / Oncologist to join our Robust Healthcare Team in Michigan's central Upper Peninsula in Iron Mountain, Michigan . Join an established Oncology team of 1 physician and 2 APCs. Onsite Radiation Oncology with advanced imaging and equipment. JOB DESCRIPTION NO CALL Single Outpatient Clinic No offsite clinic travel 50% Hematology / 50% Oncology practice mix 14 patients / day (1 hour visits for new patients) Excellent Support / Nursing Staff Dedicated Pathology & Radiology support Stong research program and support of clinical trials with dedicated Research RN and coordinators Support of work / life balance Marshfield Clinic can support a variety of visas, including J1 waivers (location dependent) and H1Bs (cap exempt organization). COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 2-year salary guarantee of $700k for a 1.0 FTE Up to $150k retention incentive, if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement, specifying all details) 4 weeks of vacation and 2 weeks CME to start CME annual allowance Health, Dental, Life, Disability, and Occurrence-Based Malpractice insurance Relocation support Marshfield Clinic Health System is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
