Compensation & Benefits :
Base Salary : $78,000 - $103,000 / year
Additional Earning Potential :
- Monthly productivity bonus up to $750 ($9,000 annually)
- Signing or relocation bonuses up to $10,000

Deliver evidence-based ABA programming to pediatric clientsProvide clinical supervision and mentorship to your RBT teamConduct comprehensive program reviews and assessmentsMaintain accurate, timely documentationLead parent training sessions and collaborative meetingsSupport RBT professional development and skill-buildingCollaborate with interdisciplinary team on integrated care plansQualifications :
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related fieldCurrent BCBA® Certification in good standingPassion for pediatric care and family-centered practicePhysical Requirements :
Ability to sit for 1-2 hours and stand / walk for 4-6 hours dailyOccasional lifting up to 50 poundsFrequent bending, reaching, and precise motor function with both handsOur Commitment :
