Senior Architect (Licensed)

Salary Range : $95,500 - $120,000

We are seeking a Senior Architect with a strong background in construction and building technology, a passion for quality, and a commitment to mentoring and team leadership. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise to the review of in-progress projects and contribute to the development of standardized details for use across the office.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide leadership in design quality, detailing, and construction administration.

Review projects under development to ensure technical accuracy and design integrity.

Develop and maintain standardized architectural details and best practices for internal use.

Mentor and support architectural staff in professional growth and technical development.

Present technical and design solutions directly to clients.

Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure cohesive project execution.

Supervise and guide teams in the design and technical documentation process.

Requirements :

Professional degree in Architecture.

Active professional registration (licensed architect).

Minimum of 10 years of experience with a strong focus on building detailing and construction administration.

Demonstrated knowledge of current and emerging construction technologies and materials.

Experience in Healthcare Design is required .

Additional experience in Science & Technology, Higher Education, or Workplace Design is a plus .

Proven ability to lead and mentor project teams in a collaborative environment.
