The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and directing the clinical sales strategy, ensuring its effective implementation to foster long-term growth. This role involves leading a team to build strong clinical support for robotics programs, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and maintaining expert-level knowledge of the product and industry trends. The Head of Clinical Sales will also be tasked with people leadership, driving talent development, and ensuring the team is aligned with the company's ethical and integrity principles. Applicants for the Head of U.S. Clinical Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and at least 10 years' of experience, with a focus on complex medical capital equipment. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in growing medical capital and clinical equipment within target markets, as well as the ability to work within a cross-functional team and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to inspire and mobilize teams. A background in the medical device industry, particularly in surgical or robotic sales, is highly advantageous. The role demands a leader who can drive an ambitious talent development agenda and is adept at managing a diverse sales pipeline.
