Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist

A company is looking for a Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist (Remote, Full Time - Weekends).

Key Responsibilities

Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program virtually and in-person

Listen openly to eligible members, understanding their needs and building trust

Provide education about services and maintain effective communication with internal and external partners

Required Qualifications

Located in the United States with a quiet, HIPAA compliant workspace

1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment

Bilingual (English / Spanish) with proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening

Strong technical skills and comfort with multiple technology platforms

A valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
